with wash, rinse, rust inhibit and heated blowoff
Reconditioned by Alliance Manufacturing and placed in service February 2022
260 gallon wash tank with 54 kW electric heat
150 gallon rinse, 100 gallon rust inhibit with 24 kW heat
and a 7.5 HP heated blowoff at 1,200 CFM
Stainless steel tanks, conveyor and piping
Micro filtration with contamination sensors on all three stages
stainless steel pumps on the wash and rinse stages
Aquaskim oil skimmer, exhaust fan
Allen-Bradley MicroLogix 1400 PLC with PanelView 800 color HMI
480V three phase, 153 full load amps on a 200 amp fused disconnect
Conveyor 1 to 6 FPM, stainless flat wire belt. 26 feet 9 inches assembled
ships as three modules totaling about 10,000 pounds
